In between, we used someone else for two property inspections and the difference in thoroughness and quality was night and day. Tyler is incredibly thorough. He's also professional, personable and helpful in recommendations. After doing the inspection, he gave us a thorough verbal overview, as well as showed us around the house and all the potential problems. In addition, he showed us where all the shut-offs are located, as well as how to use the pool equipment.

With our first house that he inspected 6 years ago, we didn't have a single surprise and he was spot on with his inspection. He's someone that can definitely be trusted.
