I’m Gregory T. Molloy, the proud owner of Blue Ribbon Property Inspections.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I had a passion for real estate, so I decided to become a home inspector. I started in 2012. The market was still recovering from the housing crash in 2008, and I witnessed lots of turbulence as the real estate industry began to recover.

Despite the ups and downs, the Southern California real estate market continued to prevail, and I performed over 2,800 home inspections. However, in the spring of 2020, the pandemic hit, which created a high degree of uncertainty. Consequently, I wanted to get more involved and pondered about how I could be of help.

As I had been the past president of the California Real Estate Inspection Association – Greater San Gabriel Valley chapter, I was familiar with the latest technological advancements and industry standards.

I also understood the industry pain points, which inspired me to build a truly professional company that performs high-quality property inspections to protect home buyers’ investments.

As a result, I launched my new enterprise on May 5th, 2020. I’m happy with the progress that I’ve made, which has been achieved by maintaining consistent quality.

Consequently, I’m thorough in my approach and, I believe what sets me apart is my company culture which is defined by the acronym B.L.U.E. It stands for Be detail-oriented in life and on inspections, Lateness is never acceptable, Uniform preparedness leads to thoroughness, and Education is key to professional growth.

I also attribute my success to performing inspections as if I was the one purchasing the property. In addition, I enjoy educating homeowners on the condition of properties which empowers them to make informed decisions.

I once had a client that had me do home inspections on five different properties. He was unable to find a property for his family that was in good shape. While conducting the fifth inspection, I knew the house was in great shape, and the family was likely to close the deal, which made me extremely happy to report my findings.

When I’m not inspecting homes, I love spending leisurely time with my wife hiking, walking the dog, snowboarding, and traveling.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things that matter to me and how they influence my business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise as a home and property inspector in Glendora, California, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.blueribboninspects.com.

Sincerely,

Gregory T Molloy
